In my order confirmation my personalization looks different – why?

Don’t worry: your item will be produced exactly as you designed it.

Important to know

• The product images in the order confirmation are only sample images.

• Your personalizations (e.g. names, dates, designs) are still correctly saved.

• We have successfully received all your details – production will be done exactly according to your specifications.

So you don’t need to do anything – your personalized product will be produced just as you created it in the shop.
