My product looks scratched – what should I do?

Protective film

• All our acrylic glass products, keychains, ornaments, and stands have a thin bluish or milky protective film on the front.

• This film protects the product during production and shipping.

• It may show small scratches or dull spots – this is completely normal.

Solution

• Carefully peel off the protective film – underneath you will find the clear, glossy surface of your product.

• Afterwards, your item will look like new and in perfect condition.
