How long does delivery take?

We want your package to reach you as quickly as possible. Sometimes it arrives very fast, sometimes it can take a little longer – this is normal. Here you can see when your package is expected to arrive and from when it makes sense to contact us.

Deliveries within Germany

After the shipping confirmation, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
For some products (for example larger items), it may take 3–6 business days.
No later than 7 business days (Mon–Fri) after shipping confirmation, your package should have arrived.

If your package has still not been delivered by then, please contact us. We will take care of it immediately.

International deliveries (outside Germany)

From the time of the shipping confirmation, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
In rare cases, it may take a little longer, for example due to customs clearance or delays with the foreign carrier.
No later than 10 business days (Mon–Fri) after shipping confirmation, you should contact us if your package has not yet arrived.

In this case, we will check the shipping status and arrange a quick solution.
