Before your order has been shipped
Changing the delivery address is usually possible as long as your parcel has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
After your order has been shipped
Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address directly.
In some cases, a redirection can be arranged via the shipping provider (e.g. DHL) – this depends on the carrier.
Tip: Always double-check your address details when placing the order to avoid delays.
