My parcel is marked as delivered, but I have not received it

Deliveries within Germany

  • First check the possible drop-off location (e.g. garage, terrace) or ask neighbors if they accepted the parcel.

  • Often the parcel is left at a DHL branch or Packstation – in this case you should have received a notification card.

Deliveries outside Germany

  • Sometimes shipments are marked as “delivered” while they are still being processed by the local delivery service.

  • Please also check drop-off points and neighbors.
