Deliveries within Germany
Tracking:
You usually always receive a tracking number.
Exception: orders with keychains or phone cases – no tracking is available.
Delivery time:
Depending on the products ordered, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days or 3–6 working days after shipping confirmation.
When to contact support?
If your parcel has not arrived after 7 working days (Mon–Fri), please contact us. We will assist you immediately.
Deliveries outside Germany
Tracking:
Even if a tracking number is shown, the shipment is often not directly trackable (e.g. with DHL abroad).
Don’t worry, your parcel is on its way!
Delivery time:
Usually 3–7 working days after shipping confirmation.
