Is your package taking longer to arrive?

We completely understand how frustrating and worrying it can feel when your package doesn’t arrive as expected. Please don’t worry: in almost all cases the shipment is reliably on its way. Sometimes it just takes a little longer to reach you.

Before contacting our support team, we kindly ask you to be a little patient. Below you can see what is considered normal and when it really makes sense to reach out to us:


Deliveries within Germany

  • After the shipping confirmation, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. For some products, it may take up to 3–6 business days.

  • You will almost always receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment. The only exceptions are small items such as keychains or phone cases, which do not include tracking.

Please wait up to 7 business days (Mon–Fri) after the shipping confirmation.
If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us. We will take care of it right away and find a solution.


International deliveries (outside Germany)

  • From the time of the shipping confirmation, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • Even if you receive a tracking number, tracking abroad is not always seamless, and sometimes the shipping status may not update at all. This is completely normal – your package is still on its way.

Please be patient and wait up to 10 business days (Mon–Fri) after the shipping confirmation.
If your package has still not arrived after this time, please contact us directly. We will assist you immediately.


Conclusion: The vast majority of packages arrive on time and safely. If yours happens to take longer, please rest assured that we are here for you and will help right away.
